Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be emailed to trista.m.ray.civ@us.navy.mil by the closing date. A responsive quote requires a signed, dated, and filled-out SF-18 form, with all pricing entered for each CLIN and delivery confirmed. The Government intends to evaluate based on FAR Part 13 procedures and award without clarification, though it reserves the right to conduct clarifications. Technical Approach and Delivery will be evaluated for technical acceptance, with price evaluated only after technical acceptability is determined.
Eligibility & Registration
This opportunity is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive controlled attachments. CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) is a requirement for award.
