This includes systems such as the Labor Distribution System (LDS), PAR, VLTP, HR Links, GSA Jobs, GSA OLU, Corporate Application Data Warehouse (CADW), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDS), HR Quality Management System (QMS), and GRB Assist. Key tasks encompass project management, system analysis, development, implementation, operational support, and comprehensive testing.
Key Requirements & Standards
Bidders must demonstrate adherence to GSA IT security policies, federal regulations, and NIST standards. Compliance with HSPD-12 and GSA's IT Security Procedural Guide is mandatory, particularly for personnel requiring access to GSA IT systems. This includes contractor-funded security clearances (HSPD-12 Tier 2 for Key Personnel). Performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including application availability (98% or greater) and adherence to schedule and cost variances (within ±10% for DM&E projects).
