Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor for the maintenance and repair of various industrial equipment within PBA's Waste Management and Reclamation Division (WMRD). Services include:
- Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services (CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001)
- Emergency Call-Out Services (four scenarios with varying response times) (CLIN 0002-0005, 1002-1005, 2002-2005)
- Parts Time and Material (CLIN 0006, 1006, 2006)
- Contractor Manpower Reporting (CLIN 0007, 1007, 2007)
- Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items (CLIN 0008, 1008, 2008)
Equipment to be serviced includes shredders, drum crushers, balers, air compressors, transformers, motor control centers, and heat pumps, with detailed preventive maintenance schedules provided in Attachments 0003 and 0004.
