PC-12 Initial Maintenance Training

• Training methods should align with commercially delivered programs, including instructor-led classes and scenario-based practice.

• Provide all necessary training materials (publications, outlines, checklists, schematics, digital materials).

• Upon completion, provide a proficiency certificate for each student.

• Contract type is expected to be Firm Fixed-Price.

• Quotes must remain valid for 30 days.

• The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

• Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from consideration.

• This procurement is set aside for small business.

• Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov.

• Provide Cage Code/UEI on quote.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Payment Terms are NET 30.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide initial maintenance training for four (4) NASA maintainers on the PC-12 aircraft to ensure required proficiency and safe operations.

• Provide comprehensive academic and hands-on PC-12 Initial Maintenance Training.

• Training to qualify maintenance personnel in servicing, troubleshooting, inspection, and ground operations.

• Instruction must meet applicable FAR Parts 39, 43, and 65.

• Training Content: Must include Aircraft Systems Overview, Powerplant Systems, Maintenance Practices, Troubleshooting, and Ground Operations.

• Hands-On Training: Utilize aircraft system trainers, component mockups, or equivalent devices for practical exercises.

• Training Methods: Employ instructor-led classes, supervised hands-on exercises, multimedia resources, and scenario-based troubleshooting.

• Training Materials: Provide all necessary materials, including aircraft publications, academic outlines, system descriptions, procedures, and checklists.

• Completion Standards: Students must demonstrate proficiency via written exams, practical assessments, and instructor evaluations.

• Deliverable: Upon successful completion, provide a proficiency certificate including student name, aircraft type, and NASA maintainer status.

• Training to be conducted at the Contractor's qualified training facility.

• Facilities must be in permanent buildings with an environment conducive to learning (audiovisual, comfortable seating, climate control, dedicated classroom).

• Instructors must be highly qualified in aviation/aircraft maintenance and hold a formal instructor rating or equivalent.

• Training materials and procedures should align with the Contractor's commercial programs.
