Scope of Work

Additionally, the contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, and travel to certify and calibrate four (4) Global Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and one (1) Absolute Arm. All services, parts, and support must be equivalent to the MyCare Premium Plan.

Submission & Evaluation
Potential sources are requested to complete a two-part Contractor Capability Survey. Part I collects business information, including CAGE code, SAM registration, ownership, and small business status. Part II addresses capability questions such as past experience with similar projects, quality assurance processes (ISO 9001, AS9100), facilities, proposed processes, software development experience, system modification experience, inventory record maintenance, commerciality of offerings, and standard warranty/return processes. Responses will be used to determine potential small business participation and inform the future acquisition strategy.

If full capability is not possessed, details on teaming, partnership, joint venture, or subcontracting arrangements are requested.
