Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Packaging Data Sheet (PDS) containers. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, requires these PDS containers to meet a requirement at the NSWC Corona Facility at Seal Beach.

The solicitation details a list of specific PDS components and barrier bags, including:

• W3, W4, and W5 Transmission Lines (COMPLETE)
• Aft Closure Assembly (COMPLETE)
• Aft Shell Assembly (COMPLETE)
• Nose Assembly (COMPLETE)

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price for all items.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Quotations are due by close of business on March 31, 2026.

• Award will be made to a single offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation terms and conditions, and whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable.

• Offers must be for all units of all items.

• Offers submitted on an F.O.B. basis other than specified in Section F will be rejected.

• This RFQ is not a small business set-aside.

• The contractor is exempt from State and Local Government tax by virtue of Article 6 of the United States Constitution.

• Vendor requirements include meeting with the Government to discuss expectations, residing within 35 miles of the delivery location for site visits, and providing photo/video evidence of manufacturing processes upon request.
