Purpose and Scope of Work
The Product Services Division at Robins AFB manages product data systems and processes supporting the management, conversion, capture, storage, maintenance, retrieval, electronic distribution, transformation, and editorial processes for DAF product data. This environment currently manages approximately 75,000 technical order documents, 17 million engineering data images, over 1 million CAD/CAM files, and over 5 million part indenture configurations.
The anticipated scope of work, as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), includes:
- Systems Management: Operating and maintaining Robins AFB product data hardware and software, ensuring system availability (98.5% uptime), cybersecurity compliance (RMF, STIGs), software licensing, and viable system/data backups.
- Data Management: Assisting with technical data generation, acceptance, and sustainment; supporting data improvement, cleansing, and migration efforts for modernization; and ensuring product/technical data quality assurance.
- Enterprise Migration & Sustainment: Managing and maintaining the PDSS infrastructure, providing technical support for systems like TD-PDM, TOAP, and STOR, and supporting digital data strategies and transformation.
- Additional Support: Government Furnished Property (GFP) management, user training, production publishing, Content Management Systems, S1000D specification data capabilities, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support.

Requirements and Capabilities
