This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to provide a 5-year service contract for Peak Scientific Genius XE35 120V Nitrogen Generators at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). The contract includes annual preventative maintenance visits and on-demand service visits.

• On-demand service visits as needed.

• Includes annual parts for preventative maintenance.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service.

• Period of Performance: 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2027 (for the base year). The solicitation includes options for four additional years, extending the period of performance up to 5 years.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a 5-year "Complete Plan" service contract for the Peak Scientific Genius XE35 120V Nitrogen Generator, including annual preventative maintenance and on-demand service visits.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and non-personal services for the maintenance of the nitrogen generator.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance services in accordance with Peak Scientific's "Complete Plan."

• Services include on-demand visits within 5 business days for urgent and mission-critical repairs.

• Includes OEM-certified service engineer, factory-certified parts, labor, and travel for corrective maintenance.

• Includes one annual preventative maintenance (PM) service visit with annual parts.

• Includes updates to components and software.

• Ensure instruments and peripherals function within manufacturer standards.

• Provide a Field Service Report after each service call detailing the problem and solution.

• On-site target response time of 5 business days for corrective maintenance.

• Service must be performed by a service engineer certified by Peak Scientific.

• Equipment must be verified by a certified service engineer to be operating within manufacturer tolerances.

• Corrective maintenance must be initiated within 3 business days.

• Period of Performance: 5 years from contract award.

• Place of Performance: PSNS&IMF laboratory, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton, WA 98314.

• Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 0715 to 1600, excluding Federal holidays and Government facility closures.

• Contractor personnel must obtain a security badge for access to the government facility.

• Contractor must provide proof of service engineer training/certifications from the OEM.

• Contractor must comply with all applicable regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies.

• Contractor must provide a Contract Manager and an alternate.
