This requirement covers comprehensive maintenance and repair services for existing storage systems at the JPC Repository in Silver Spring, MD. Services include:
- Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) twice annually.
- On-call and unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (CM).
- Hardware and software support for 15 VLM units, 4 horizontal carousel cells, PickPro ICS SQL Version 8.2 Multi Workstation System, MSSQL Data Server, and associated computer hardware.
- Emergency service labor, parts, and unlimited technical support by phone, with travel expenses covered.
- Ensuring 95% operational availability for VLMs.
