PEFO Replacement of Lighting

• Installation of two (2) All-in-One Solar Lighting Fixtures with specifications such as up to 8000 lumens, up to 60W solar panels, Lithium Battery, various color temperatures, IES Lighting Type III, Dark Sky Friendly, and smart energy mode options (e.g., motion sensor).
• Refinishing of small structures as detailed in the attached specifications.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price commercial contract/award (Request for Quote - RFQ).
• Period of Performance: July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
• Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000.00. If the submitted quote exceeds $35,000.00, FAR 52.228-13 will apply, requiring a Payment Bond.
• Quotes Due: June 30, 2026, at 12 PM MT.
• Questions Due: June 15, 2026, at 12 PM MT.
• Published Date: May 29, 2026.

Submission & Evaluation

• Offers must be submitted via email to Lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov.
• Quotes will be evaluated based on price, technical capability, and prior experience.
• Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government.

• This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
• NAICS Code: 238210, with a small business size standard of $19 Million.
• Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
