• All items must be new, Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, and covered by manufacturer's warranty.

  • Factor 3 - Lowest Price: Evaluated for reasonableness. Prices must be fully loaded, inclusive of all fees, overheads, shipping, etc. FOB Destination.
