PAS provides employees with targeted disabilities assistance with performingactivities of daily living that an individual would typically perform if they did not have a disability as requried pursuant to the EEOC published Final Rule on Affirmative Action for Individuals with Disabilities in Federal Employment. Effective January 3, 2018, Federalagencies must provide "personal assistance services" (PAS) to employees who,because of targeted disabilities, require such assistance during work hours or on jobrelated travel, unless the provision of such services would impose an undue hardshipon the Agency.
