Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the accountability, sanitization, deinstallation, decommissioning, packaging, staging, and Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA-DS) turn-in of all GFP associated with the Pacific Enterprise Services–Hawaii program. This includes:
- Performing activities in accordance with DoDI 4160.21, DoDM 4160.21-M, applicable security policy, and internal Government procedures.
- Planning, coordinating, documenting, and executing all phases of decommissioning and disposal.
- Coordinating meetings and site visits with DISA, facility managers, and stakeholders.
- Conducting full site assessments at 61 locations to validate equipment type, quantity, serial number, physical condition, safety, and deinstallation constraints.
- Identifying GFP requiring sanitization and determining appropriate methods.
- Packaging, palletizing, and preparing equipment for DRMO in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and safety requirements, including all required documentation.
