Submission & Evaluation

Submissions require two parts: Part I - Price Proposal and Part II - Past Performance Information. Offerors must complete the provided pricing schedule (J-10 Pricing_Schedule.xlsx) and adhere to wage determinations (J-9, J-8). Evaluation Factors: Past Performance and Price. Past Performance is significantly more important than price. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them. Offerors are cautioned to submit sufficient information for a meaningful past performance assessment.
Key Requirements & Notes
