Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure pest control services for FPSU's clinics and government living quarters.

• Provide interior and exterior pest control services for Verne E Gibbs, Chief Redstone, and White Buffalo clinics.

• Provide pest control services for 14 government living quarters.

• Clinics will receive service once a month.

• Government living quarters will receive service three times a month.

• Services include spraying for insects and placing rodent traps on building exteriors, and as needed inside.

• Inside spraying must be conducted prior to or after business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm).

• Period of Performance: November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.

  • Verne E Gibbs Clinic, 107 H Street, Poplar, MT 59255
  • White Buffalo Clinic, 805 Assiniboine Ave, Poplar, MT 59255
  • Chief Redstone Clinic, 550 6th Ave North, Wolf Point, MT 59201
  • 14 Living Quarters: 13 units in Poplar, MT, and 1 unit in Wolf Point, MT.

• Contractor shall coordinate schedules with the Facility Manager.

• A map of the living quarters will be provided.
