Purpose
This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. Scope of Work
The requirement includes providing interior and exterior pest control services. This involves spraying for insects and placing rodent traps as needed.
- Clinics: Monthly service for Verne E Gibbs, Chief Redstone, and White Buffalo clinics.
- Living Quarters: Three times a month service for 14 government living quarters (13 in Poplar, 1 in Wolf Point).
- Performance Standard: Inside spraying must occur prior to or after business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
- Coordination: Contractor must coordinate schedules with the Facility Manager.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors, particularly IEEs/ISBEEs, must submit a capability statement demonstrating:
- Years of experience and past relevant jobs/contracts.
- How the company meets the IEE definition, including at least 51% Indian ownership and control, and receiving at least 51% of the earnings from the contract.
- How management and daily operations are controlled by Indians. A mandatory Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form must also be completed and submitted. Offerors must self-certify their IEE status at the time of offer, award, and throughout contract performance.
