To provide professional Pest Control and Extermination Services for the USCG Base Elizabeth City complex, ensuring a healthful and sanitary living and working environment for all personnel.

• Provide comprehensive pest control and extermination services, addressing pests such as cockroaches, ants, spiders, termites, ticks, fleas, bees, lice, bed bugs, mice, rats, and other rodents.

• Services include recurring scheduled treatments, unscheduled service calls, and annual structural pest inspections.

• Emphasis on an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach, prioritizing non-chemical methods.

• Specific services include weekly exterior treatments, bi-weekly services for food facilities, bi-monthly interior/exterior inspections, and annual structural inspections for wood-destroying insects.

• Unscheduled service calls for emergent issues or pests not resolved by recurring services, with defined response times for emergency and non-emergency situations.

• Services must be performed in accordance with the approved IPM plan and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• All pesticides must be registered with the EPA and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and regulations.

• A safety plan, quality control plan, and key personnel list must be submitted.
