Rodent control primarily uses mechanical or sticky traps, with rodenticides requiring COR approval.

Contract Details

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed hourly rates. The contract period includes a base year with two option years. The minimum order amount is PKR 200,000, and the maximum order amount is PKR 10,000,000 for each contract period. Payment will be made in local currency, and Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable. This is an unrestricted acquisition.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to Islamabad-GSO-Contracting@state.gov with the subject line "19PK3326R1004" by March 30, 2026, 1500 Hours (Pakistan Standard Time). Submissions must be in PDF format, with individual files not exceeding 30MB. Required documents include SF-1449, Section B (Pricing), Section K (Representations and Certifications), and additional information as required in Section L. Award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The government reserves the right to award based on initial proposals without discussions.
