This will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The Period of Performance is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with work hours generally 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A critical requirement for award consideration is a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment (not more than three years old) recorded in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Contractors must conduct a Basic Assessment and submit their summary score to SPRS via PIEE. Bonding and insurance requirements are conditional based on the total final evaluated price. CMMC is not required.
