Contract Details

Submission & Evaluation

Quotations are due no later than June 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET. Quotations must be clearly divided into three volumes: Technical, Price, and Terms and Conditions. The Technical Quotation must demonstrate that the proposed equipment meets or exceeds all minimum requirements in the Statement of Work, with supporting documentation and manufacturer authorization if applicable. The Price Quotation must be separate, firm-fixed-price, including all shipping costs (FOB Destination) and tariffs, and remain valid for 90 days. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Written questions must be submitted to the specified contacts no later than 4 calendar days after the solicitation issuance. The government reserves the right to award without discussions.
