The selected vendor will be responsible for the compounding and delivery of antineoplastic hazardous drugs on a contingency basis for approximately 15 patients daily, Monday through Friday. Key requirements include:

  • Compounding and delivery of medications with at least 12 hours remaining on the Beyond-Use-Dating (BUD).
  • Strict adherence to USP 797, USP 800, and Federal Law for compounding, labeling, and BUD.
  • Ability to supply the entire list of compounded chemotherapy medications as needed, as detailed in the Draft Product List.
  • Standard orders placed by 12:00 PM PST must be delivered by 9:00 AM the next business day.
  • Delivery to the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
  • Provision of specific supplies compatible with VASNHCS equipment (e.g., BD Alaris tubing, BD PhaSeal CST device).
