• The contractor will furnish necessary supplies for daily operations, including prescription labels, medication bags, prescription blanks, and padded mailers.

• If partnering with a subcontractor, details on combined earnings and control must be provided.

• 2X4" custom prescription labels: Required for medication vial labeling and must be compatible with ScriptPro automation. Minimum requirement is 5 kits (1 kit = 6 rolls of 1,250).
• Bags: Various sizes (4lb, 6lb, 12lb, 20lb) for storing patient medication. Preference for IHS logo on the outside. Minimum requirements range from 5 cases (1000 bags) to 5 cases (500 bags) depending on size.
• Tamper resistant prescription pads: For writing outside prescriptions, must meet state and federal regulations and include Service Units information. Minimum requirement is 25 pads per pad, with 100 scripts per pad.
• Padded poly mailers: For mailing prescriptions from the in-house pharmacy. Available in 6x10" (3 cases/250 per case) and 8.5x12" (5 cases/100 per case).
