Scope of Work
The contractor will provide technical services necessary to execute U.S. Government and International Partners’ requirements for PAC-3 Cost Reduction Initiative (CRI) and PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Missiles and Launcher equipment. Key services include:
- System Integration Support: Installation and checkout of PAC-3 system hardware and software into fielded units.
- Onsite FSR Support: Act as subject matter experts for operational questions and maintenance of both hardware and software, including software verification.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Be on call (within 24-48 hours) to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software difficulties, potentially requiring travel to equipment locations or equipment delivery to the contractor. Perform maintenance, repair, or supply actions.
- Training: Provide required reinforcement training and new equipment training. The Government notes that it does not possess a Technical Data Package for the maintenance of any of the equipment.
