Performance Standards

Routine incoming calls are to be answered within three rings, and emergency response calls within 1-2 rings, communicated within 15 seconds. Calls must be answered politely, efficiently, and in priority order. Performance will be evaluated based on quality, timeliness, safety, conformance, and management, with potential for adverse past performance reports or non-exercised options for unsatisfactory evaluations.

Period & Place of Performance

Services are required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, including 11 federal holidays (including Juneteenth).
