• This is not a request for quotations or competitive quotes. No solicitation will be available for competitive quotes.

• Interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement and an OEM letter stating they are an authorized service provider.

• Deadline for Expression of Interest: April 27, 2026, at 11:00 am Central Time.

• Verbal responses are not acceptable.

• If no viable responses are received by the deadline, the VA will negotiate solely with Philips Healthcare.

• This is a sole source notice. The government reserves the discretion not to compete the proposed contract based on responses received.

This document is a Sole Source Justification for a firm-fixed-price procurement of maintenance and service for Philips Healthcare MR Elastography and KKT Chiller equipment. The acquisition is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5).

• Maintenance and service for Philips Ingenia Ambition X 1.5T MRI and KKT Chiller.

• The contract includes a base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.

• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base period plus four 12-month option periods.

• Estimated Cost: Total estimated cost for the base and option periods is redacted.
