Scope of Requirement
The VA seeks to acquire 18 Philips IntelliVue MX-40 1.4 Ghz Smart Hopping Telemetry Packs. These devices must be compatible with the existing Philips Patient Information Center (PIC) iX monitoring system (PIC IX, Rev C.02). Key features required include:
- 2.8" color, touch-sensitive display.
- Smart, multi-measurement cable systems.
- FAST or Masimo SET SpO2.
- Standard, EASI or Hexad ECG lead system.
- Impedance-based Respiration measurement.
- Alarm generation from Pulse measurement.
- 6-lead with two V-leads for cardiac diagnosis.
- Local measurement trend/alarm history, graphical trend, and trend upload.
- Local alarming for measurements.
- Integrated radio for connection to an Information Center.
- Communication via short-range radio with IntelliVue Patient Monitors and Cableless Measurements.
- Rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. Installation is not required, but technical support for connection to the current telemetry system will be provided. A minimum 1-year warranty covering the system, accessories, and software (including parts and labor) is required, starting after product acceptance.
