Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email only to the specified points of contact (Troy D. Small and Jenifer Garland). Hand-carried proposals, CD-ROMs, or facsimile transmissions are not authorized. Proposals must be in Adobe PDF format, 8.5" x 11", with a minimum 10-point font. Volume I and Volume II are each limited to 150 pages. A Bid Bond (SF 24) must be submitted electronically in Volume I, Tab G. Pricing information must not be included in Volume II. Offerors must return Section 00 45 00 Representations and Certifications with their proposal.
