Scope of Work
The contractor will provide annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and corrective repair services for dental equipment. Services must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ANSI/AAMI EQ89:2015, and The Joint Commission standards (EC.02.04.01, EC.02.04.03). The scope includes visual inspections, testing, calibration, parts replacement, and restoring faulty equipment to operational status. The contractor must furnish all necessary personnel, labor, facilities, equipment, parts, and supplies, with an all-inclusive flat rate covering travel, labor, and materials. Specific tasks cover a wide range of dental devices.
