- Service Calls: For elevator repair during regular, emergency, and after-hours.
- Emergency Response: A 1-hour response time is required for non-working elevator emergencies, triggered upon the facility receiving the call.
- Testing: Monthly firefighter's emergency operations tests.
- Parts Allowance: A $25,000 allowance per option year is provided for parts to correct deficiencies found during PM and service visits (corrective maintenance). Labor for PM and parts replacement is included, but parts are purchased separately against this allowance.
