Scope of Work
The requirement is for a comprehensive "Installation Level X6 Kit" for Fiscal Year 2026, comprising professional photography and videography equipment. The kit includes:
- Camera Components: Nikon Z6 III mirrorless cameras, various NIKKOR Z lenses (14-24mm, 24-70mm, 50mm, 70-200mm), batteries, AC adapters, USB cables, and a vertical battery grip.
- Photo/Video Support: Nikon Speedlight, wireless remote controllers, LED light panels, triple shoe brackets, camera straps, tripod systems, and memory cards (CFexpress Type B, SDXC UHS-II).
- Data Management & Connectivity: SDXC memory cards, CFexpress Type B card readers, smart card readers, USB-C hubs, portable SSDs, and a Blu-ray writer.
- Audio Components: Lavalier microphones, wireless microphone systems, on-camera shotgun microphones, microphone covers, portable audio recorders, accessory packs, headphones, hot shoe adapters, and line-to-mic attenuator cables.
- Computing & Transport: 16" MacBook Pro with M4 Max processor, Magic Mouse, AppleCare+ plan, laptop sleeves, and wheeled hard camera cases.
- Filters & Protection: Various UV and Variable Neutral Density filters.
