Scope of Work

It is a secure, multi-level, integrated tactical data system for GEOINT data and product management. The RFI seeks a software solution capable of performing photogrammetry operations to support the Marine Corps GEOINT community, as detailed in Attachment 01.

Information Sought & Instructions
PM ICO is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Respondents must submit detailed responses showcasing their company's capability, experience, and ability to meet the requirements outlined in Attachment 01 – Photogrammetry Software Required Capabilities. Generic capability statements are insufficient. Submissions should include a cover letter, capabilities statement, and an understanding of the requirement.
Attachment 01 is a secured document. To gain access, interested parties must submit a request through the Attachment Section on SAM.gov and then complete, sign, and email Attachment 02 – CUI NDA to the listed Points of Contact. The CUI NDA outlines terms for accessing and handling Controlled Unclassified Information, emphasizing non-disclosure, protection, and reporting breaches.
