Scope of Work
The requirement covers comprehensive BASOPS services for Picatinny Arsenal, which spans approximately 6,493 acres with 1,010 permanent structures and a population of around 6,360 personnel and residents. The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, emergency response, and stand-alone project work. Key services include:
- Maintenance & Repair of Buildings & Structures, HVAC, Refrigeration, Dining Facilities, Interior Electrical Systems, Climate Control Systems, Storm Drainage Systems.
- Grounds Maintenance (excluding mowing), Tree Removal, Hard Surfaced Area Maintenance (roads, lots, walks), Snow and Ice Removal, and Fire Detection & Suppression Systems.
- Operational work such as administration, real property management, physical security, visual/photographic services, hazardous tree removal, and energy consumption management.
- A critical requirement is expertise in Delta environmental controls ecosystem for HVAC, climate control, and energy performance management. The contractor must provide all resources, management, labor, equipment, and administrative services, including data input into Government systems and reporting.
