The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), is soliciting quotes for Preventive Maintenance (PM) services for Medical Air and Medical Vacuum systems manufactured by BeaconMedaes.
This requirement includes scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, parts replacement, emergency response services, and on-call technician support to ensure continuous and reliable operation of critical medical air and vacuum systems in accordance with NFPA 99 and manufacturer requirements. Services cover one medical air compressor system and two medical vacuum systems, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, utilizing a Best Value Tradeoff approach. Quotes must be submitted on an all-or-none basis. Written quotes are required; oral quotes will not be accepted.
This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 333912 (Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing).
The period of performance will begin within 60 days of contract award, with option years as exercised by the Government. All applicable provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-77 and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR).
