To obtain recreational site cleaning services for the Pinedale Recreation Sites through a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation for cleaning recreation area sites.

• Specific sites to be maintained include:

  • Boulder Lake Sites (3 Double Vault Toilets, 6 Fire Rings, 6 Picnic Tables)
  • Scab Creek Site (2 Single and 1 Double Vault Toilet, 20 Fire Rings, 21 Picnic Tables)
  • Stokes Crossing (1 Single Vault Toilet, 2 Fire Rings, 2 Picnic Tables)
  • New Fork Campground (1 Double Vault Toilet, 4 Fire Rings, 4 Picnic Tables)
  • New Fork/East Fork Confluence Boat Ramp (1 Double Vault Toilet)

• Major tasks include:

  • Policing Grounds: Picking up and disposing of trash within a quarter-mile radius of recreation sites.
  • Restroom Services: Cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, walls, ceilings, floors, and polishing mirrors. Emptying waste containers and replacing liners.
  • Servicing Restrooms: Inspecting and replenishing restroom supplies (toilet tissue, liners).
  • Cleaning Tables, Benches, and Campground Areas: Cleaning and disinfecting picnic tables and benches.
  • Cleaning Picnic Grills and Fire Rings: Removing ashes and debris, scrubbing grills.

• "Clean" is defined as free of dirt, dust, spots, streaks, stains, smudges, litter, debris, and other residue.

• "Disinfect" means cleaning to destroy harmful microorganisms with approved chemicals.

• Performance is evaluated monthly, with potential payment deductions for incomplete work based on a Quality Assurance evaluation score.

• A Quality Assurance Plan is in place for surveillance and evaluation.

• Cleaning Schedule generally runs from May 15th through October 15th for each year.

• Period of Performance for the contract is from May 15th through May 14th of the following year.

• Services are typically performed once weekly for most sites.

• Contractor must provide all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment. Government will provide keys only.

• Cleaning products must be "Green" environmentally safe.

• Disposal, transportation, and use of chemicals must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Contractor must have a shovel and fire extinguisher for grill cleaning.

• Response time for work requirements is defined.

• The contract may be renewed at the Government's option for up to 4 additional years.
