The NIST score is required before award.This announcement is a 100% Small Business set aside, firm-fixed price, contract for Piney Woods (PW) Forestry Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 115310 which has a small business size standard of $11.5 Million.The Product Service Code is F019 Natural Resources/ConservationThe solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 25 February 2025, and proposals due on or about 22 March 2025.Description of Service:The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies,facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Forest Inventory and Timber Marking Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS),except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.Project Scope: Timber marking and inventory services to be provided under this contract may be located in one or more timber stands or compartments, owned in fee by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the U.S. Army. There are sixteen (14) Texas counties involved in this contract: Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Harrison, Hopkins, Jasper, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Sabine,San Augustine, Titus, Tyler, and Upshur.Site Visit scheduled for March 6 at 10:30 A,M,The contract will consist of a base year (12 months) and four option years, 12 months each.
