- Volume 1: Administrative Documents (SF-1449, SF-30 amendments). Note: The first sentence in FAR 52.212-1 Volume 1 - Administrative Documents must be struck.
- Volume 2: Past Performance (min. 2 CPARs, min. 2 Past Performance Questionnaires, max 8 pages).
- Volume 3: Technical Capability and Approach (detailed approach, key personnel profiles, recruitment/retention plan, max 8 pages). No pricing information is allowed in Volumes 2 and 3.
- Volume 4: Price (detailed pricing aligned with Schedule of Items, hourly rate breakdown, max 2 pages). All documentation must be in PDF format.
