Scope of Work

This solicitation, titled "PIPE," requires the procurement of various pipe, tube, and rigid tubing components (PSC 4710). Key items include:

• Nickel-Copper Alloy Tubing and Pipe: 1-inch, 1/2-inch, and 3-inch NPS, seamless and welded, conforming to MIL-T-1368 Class A specifications. These require specific dimensions, sawed or machine cut and deburred end finishes, continuous marking, and Level C packing. Tubing is not intended for silver brazing.
• Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings: Including Weld Neck Flanges (Class 300, Raised Face, 2" NPS), Socket Welding Flanges (Class 300, Raised Face, 1" and 1/2" NPS), all conforming to ASME B16.5 and made from QQ-N-281, CL A material.
• Butt-Welding Fittings: Such as Long Radius 90 Degree Elbows (SCH 40, 3" NPS) and Concentric Reducers (SCH 40, 3" x 2" NPS), conforming to ASME B16.9 and made from QQ-N-281, CL A material. All wrought fittings must comply with specified ASTM or ASME BPVC Section II standards.

• Read box 28 and sign boxes 30 a, b, and c on Page 1.
• Evaluation: Based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance (using SPRS and internal sources). A single award is deemed most advantageous.
