Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• BPA Call Limit: Individual calls shall not exceed the warrant level of the purchaser, but in no case shall exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250,000.00).

• Period of Performance: To be identified at the time of call.

• Delivery Terms: Normally F.O.B. Destination, but F.O.B. Shipping Point may be agreed upon.

• The Government will award to the lowest priced offer received, unless otherwise stated in the RFQ.

• Evaluation terms will be included in the RFQ.

• Placement of a call to other than the low offeror requires Contracting Officer approval.

• Registration in SAM is required (FAR 52.204-7).

• Vendors must be registered with SAM and have a valid CAGE Code.

• Payment will be made via P-Card or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• DD Form 250 must be signed/approved by the Government prior to P-Card charges.

• Detailed invoices are required for payment.

• Fast Payment calls are not authorized.

• Unpriced BPA calls are strictly prohibited.

• Specific clauses regarding telecommunications, cybersecurity, and export control are included.
