Scope of Work
The selected contractor will design, facilitate, and deliver a leadership program for approximately 200 SAA Capitol Operations employees. Key deliverables include:
- Design, facilitation, and delivery of a leadership program.
- Monthly in-person workshops (120 minutes each).
- Monthly virtual coaching sessions (60 minutes each).
- Monthly virtual meetings with Capitol Operations leadership for alignment and accountability.
- Pre- and post-program assessments of leadership competencies.
- Integration of peer-to-peer support, mentorship, and stretch assignments.
- Development of a comprehensive program calendar and all necessary program materials (agendas, handouts, presentations, etc.).
- Submission of a Findings and Recommendations Report. The contractor must be a U.S. company with active SAM registration and be geographically located within 50 miles of the National Capital Region (Washington, DC).
