Quality Assurance & Certifications

  • Submit current documented quality system procedures to the PCO prior to award (CDRL DI-QCIC-81110).
  • Provide Testing Certification (MIL-P-24691/1) and Chemical/Mechanical Certification (DI-MISC-81020).
  • Ensure 100% traceability from material to certification test reports for Level I/SUBSAFE systems, with permanent and temporary marking per MIL-STD-792 and other specified standards.
  • Submit a Certificate of Compliance (CDRL DI-MISC-80678) for Special Emphasis Material, including specific contract and NSN details.
  • Manage Government Furnished Material/Equipment (GFM/GFE) with documented control procedures.
  • Implement robust subcontractor inspection requirements and quality assurance programs.
  • Perform Final Inspection with lot acceptance based on zero defects (ANSI/ASQ-Z1.4 or SPC).
