Evaluation & Submission

- Past Performance: Evaluated as Acceptable or Neutral, using references and CPARS. Offerors are not required to cover all Pisgah RD Zones to be eligible for award, and the Government reserves the right to make one or multiple awards. Required submissions include: Signed SF 1449, Technical Approach, Schedule of Items, Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 5), and Subcontractor Consent Form (Attachment 6, if applicable). Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 days.
