NASA/NSSC has a requirement for the renewal of the Pitchbook Data Feed and Platform Subscription. The government intends to acquire these commercial items and services under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This notice is to determine if other responsible sources exist for this requirement.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure a PitchBook data feed subscription to support congressionally mandated due diligence functions for protecting national security. This involves gaining access to data within PitchBook's corpus to extract, retrieve, and load information on firms submitting proposals to the Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer program. The data will be used to identify potential connections between these firms and countries of concern, assessing risks related to the transfer of U.S. funded technological innovations.

The data feed must be provided daily via direct file transfer, secure file transfer protocol, or application platform interfaces. The required information for each firm includes:

• Unique Identifiers (PitchBook ID, Company ID, D-U-N-S Number)

• Company Names (Current, Former, Also Known As)

• Ownership and Financing Status

• Employee Count and History

• Parent Company Information

• Similar Companies and Competitors

• Headquarters Location and Alternate Offices

• Investor legal name, trade associations, HQ, alternate offices, primary contact, board/team, and fund details
