Evaluation
Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical evaluation will assess three subfactors: Technical Proposal Questionnaires (TPQs), Commercial Literature/Cut Sheets, and Proposed Schedule. Past performance is not an evaluation factor. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
