Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide daily boxed noon meals, Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays and scheduled training days), delivered by 10:30 a.m. to the MEPS Operations Control Desk. Each meal must include a sandwich (white or whole wheat, 4 oz. meat, 2 slices/1 oz. cheese), 1 oz. chips, cookies, a fresh apple, a beverage (variety of soft drinks, water, iced tea, or milk), and condiments. The MEPS will notify the contractor daily by 8:00 a.m. of the required meal count. Additional "mission day" meals may be required. Contractor personnel must complete AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC awareness training within 30 days of contract award and annually thereafter.

Evaluation
Award will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Evaluation factors include:
- Factor 1: Health Inspection Report for the proposed food preparation facility (must be dated within 12 months of quote submission, score "A" or "B", or "pass").
- Factor 2: Past Performance (acceptable/unacceptable basis, considering recency, relevancy, and quality within the last 36 months for contracts valued at $25,000 or more). Trade-offs between cost/price and non-cost/price factors are not permitted.
