This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Base Year and four Option Years, each for 365 calendar days, plus a 6-month extension option. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J078 (Maintenance, Repair And Rebuilding Of Equipment: Recreational And Athletic Equipment), and the NAICS code is 811490 (Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers) with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. Amendment 0003 changed the CLIN structure from '1 ea' to '24 ea' to represent each scheduled visit within a 12-month Period of Performance.
Submission & Evaluation
