Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW defines the requirements for the contractor to deliver, install, and provide training for the Inveris FATS 100MIL virtual weapons training simulator system. The goal is to modernize training doctrine for the USAF Security Forces Center in accordance with AFI 36-2654, Combat Arms Program, enhancing realism, increasing capacity, optimizing instructor use, and reducing live ammunition consumption.

• Deliver one (1) new, complete Inveris FATS 100MIL virtual weapons training simulator system.

• Provide all necessary hardware, software, personnel, and materials.

• Install, configure, and integrate the system at the Government facility.

• Provide comprehensive on-site training for Government personnel.

• Provide a minimum of a twelve (12) month warranty on hardware and software.

• System Components: Core system hardware (projectors, screens, sensors, computers), FATS 100MIL software with 3D marksmanship environments, BlueFire® Wireless Weapon Simulators (replicating USAF small arms), and proprietary Automatic Coaching feature.

• Accessories: Necessary cabling, mounting hardware, peripheral equipment, and specific BlueFire® Fill Station components for M4 Rifle and Sig M18 Pistol simulators.

• Training: Operator training for up to ten (10) personnel and Maintainer training for up to four (4) personnel.

• Documentation: System Installation and Configuration, System Warranty Documentation, and System Extended Warranty Documentation.

• The period of performance is from the date of award until the completion of all deliverables.

• Delivery to a specified Government location, with the contractor responsible for shipping, handling, and logistics.

• System Acceptance Testing (SAT) must be successfully completed upon installation.

• All components must be compliant with USAF training doctrine.

• BlueFire® Weapon Simulators must replicate the form, fit, and function of standard USAF small arms.
