Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To define the requirements for the 6th Medical Group's courier service for picking up and delivering medical supplies, medical records, mail, laboratory specimens, and diagnostic imaging films between MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) and its satellite clinic in Brandon, FL.

• Furnish all labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation for courier services.

• Services include pick-up and delivery of pre-packaged clinical specimens, supplies, medical records, echoes, outgoing mail, prescriptions, and clinic x-rays.

• Three scheduled runs daily are required, along with unscheduled requests.

• The contract is for non-personal services.

• Three daily runs are scheduled between the 6th Medical Group, MacDill AFB Clinic, and Sabal Park Clinic.
