Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement is for production support services for the USAF Band's missions and productions. This includes:
- Production Labor: Audio Engineers (A1/A2), Lighting Directors (L1/L2), lighting designers, camera operators, miscellaneous labor.
- Rentals: Venue, production gear (custom sound/lighting systems), generator rentals.
- Logistics: Trucking, staging, camera equipment, stage dressing.
- Creative/Planning: Director of photography, event planning. Services may be performed at the USAF Band facility in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., or other locations within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Interested parties must submit tailored capability statements addressing the effort. These must include:

- Names, titles, and contact information for capability verification.
- A completed price list or feedback if not feasible, detailing rates for personnel (base, OT, DT) and range pricing for rentals/services.
- DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Tax Identification Number, company structure, and business size.
- Companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
Evaluation
The government will evaluate market information to assess the capacity of respondents to provide services consistent in scope and scale, and to secure necessary corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources.
