- Identify all signal 'dead spots' within the VHF/UHF spectrum propagation.
- Analyze the performance of 8 specified repeater sites.
- Deliver electronic signal propagation maps and a comprehensive report detailing deficiencies and performance recommendations, in accordance with a Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Response Requirements

- A completed Attachment 1 – Contractor Response Form (which collects company, contact, SAM registration, and revenue information).

- Indication of interest as a prime or subcontractor, including details of any proposed Joint Ventures or teaming arrangements.
- Specific experience in providing comparable services, detailing whether as a prime or subcontractor, the number of facilities involved, and other relevant information.
