The U.S. Government will provide licensed drivers.

- Five (5) full-size black luxury-level SUVs (e.g., Suburbans) with black exterior, leather/vinyl interior, and captain's chairs in the second row.

Vehicles must be delivered to the MAFB Visitors Center by 9:00 AM EST on May 14, 2026, and picked up by 12:00 PM on May 23, 2026. Rentals must utilize the U.S. Government Rental Car Agreement, and the Government will not cover pre-paid fuel or additional insurance beyond the administrative rate supplement.
