Evaluation

Award will be made using a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Quotes will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis against all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, including personnel qualifications and security criteria. If three or more quotes are received, the Government intends to evaluate only the three lowest-priced submissions for technical acceptability. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.

Special Requirements & Notes

  • PWS Details: Contractors must coordinate with the Government before purchasing camera systems. The warranty must be one year or longer, including on-site repair within a 24-hour response time.
